RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTIES

**ALL items purchased, at a discounted price, during any SALE (like Sitewide Sales, Flash Sales, Birthday Sales and/or Black Friday Sales etc.) can only be returned for STORE CREDIT--if they follow the return policy. But if you received a defective item, they are still eligible for our Little BaeBae warranty exchange promise! See brand return polices & warranties below.

GIFTS:

If you received a gift purchased from Little BaeBae--you're able to return approved items (see return policies below) for STORE CREDIT. Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved, a gift credit will be emailed to you. 

LITTLE BAEBAE WARRANTY PROMISE FOR ALL PRODUCTS:

Here at Little BaeBae, we stand behind ALL the different brands/products we sell and if your order arrives with a defect--we will happily do a FREE warranty exchange! You just need to upload photos showing the defect within 5 days from the arrival date and submit a claim at our return center (CLICK HERE) or email the pictures to hello@littlebaebaeco.com. For extended warranties--see brands individual warranties below.

Little BaeBaeWe personally love all the products we develop for our own Little BaeBae brand and want you to love it too! But if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any approved item for a full refund or exchange it. We accept products in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition within 60 days of their arrival date. Once we receive and inspect your return--if approved we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method. Note: Pacifiers & Teethers are final sale due to sanitary reasons. 

Little BaeBae Branded Products Warranty - Six month warranty, which covers manufacturer defects. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by the user. But we do stand behind our product 100% so if you have any issues or are not happy with it please contact us (hello@littlebaebaeco.com) and we'll do what we can to make you a satisfied customer! 

 

The Baby's Brew - If you choose to return your Portable Bottle Warmer, we accept them in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition within 30 days of their arrival date. Any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return. If approved, we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee.

The Baby's Brew Warranty1 year factory warranty (this warranty is Non-Transferable). If issue can't be troubleshooted and resolved with our customer service--they will approve a warranty exchange and provide you with a FREE return label. Their team will then test the unit to determine if the item is truly defective. 

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance ( ie: taking apart the device) neglect of proper cleaning maintenance, or failure to follow written instructions for use. If the unit is found defective--they will ship out new warmer to you next day. If no issue is found-- they require a $5 re-shipping fee to ship the warmer back to you and send recordings and/or images of the tested warmer showing that no issues were found. 
IMPORTANT: They will not ship out the new items until they have tested the returned item. Also, they don't cover warranty exchanges for purchases made outside of the united states.

 

Dreamland BabyWe hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, we are pleased to offer easy returns within 30 days from date of shipment. To be eligible for return, product must be in new, unused (unworn, unwashed) condition with the original packaging and tags. Any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, and will be refunded in the original form of payment. 

Dreamland Baby Warranty - 6 month warranty, which covers manufacturer defects. Their warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by the user. Please note: if your warranty submission is approved, we will provide a replacement in the same size/color as your original purchase.

 

TushbabyIf you choose to return your TushBaby, we accept them in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition with the tags still attached within 30 days of the arrival date. If you send your TushBaby back without the original tags, we can’t accept your return for safety reasons. If approved, we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method. Already tossed the box? We will just need to subtract a 15% restocking fee from your refund.

Tushbaby Warranty - 1 year product warranty, which covers any manufacturer defects. All other products include a 90-day warranty. Our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by the user.

 

Elkie & CoIf you choose to return your Elkie & Co item/s, we accept them in the original packaging with tags included, unused and in resellable condition within 30 days of the arrival date. If approved, we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method.

Elkie & Co. Warranty - 90 days limited warranty on any bag that you
purchase. They take great pride in creating high quality products that are
functional as well as beautiful. Warranty includes hardware and/or
defects on item purchased. Proof of purchase is required for any
warranty claims, even if it is gifted. Warranty does not cover normal
wear/tear or stains due to proper or improper use. It also does not
include accidents. Warranty is also not valid on products won through
promotional giveaways. Please contact us for any warranty requests.

 

Nanobèbè - Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within 30 days--if original receipt is provided, item(s) are new, unopened and in original packaging. Gift items must include the gift receipt. Delivery, packaging, and shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may be assessed on replacement items unless the exchange is for the replacement of a defective product being returned according to their Exchange and Return Period policy, provided that the same product is re-shipped. Some items are not able to be returned, including: Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items, Items damaged or abused by customer, Items missing any accessories, Opened items and/or Products shipped outside of the United States.

Nanobèbè Warranty - Once an item is removed from the packaging, the item must be handled through the manufacturer, according to federal law. Maintain your receipt and contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.

 

Piper Finn - We stand by the quality of our shoes. However, in the event you need to schedule a refund, we are happy to refund if they are unworn with original packaging within 14 days of purchase date. All clearance/discounted products are final sale. We're happy to exchange unworn shoes within 30 days of customer receipt date. 

 

Binxy Baby We gladly offer refunds & exchanges within 60 days of purchase date. As soon as we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued in the original payment method. Please note, it can take up to two weeks for the refund to show on your account.

Non-Returnable Binxy Baby Items: Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items), Items damaged or abused, Items missing any accessories, Opened items, Products shipped outside of the United States. Toki Mats - If you choose to return your Toki play mat, they accept products in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition within 30 days of their arrival date. If approved, we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method. Queen Maddyn - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you received an item with a defect--contact us within 5 days at hello@littlebaebaeco.com and we will ship you a replacement. Hey Cheeky Baby - Not happy with your CHUGS?! Bummer! You have 30 days from date of purchase to practice using chugs at home, dining out or on vacation and if it's not the solution for you please send an email to hello@littlebaebaeco.com within 30 days of purchase, we will happily refund full purchase price excluding any shipping costs. If you received an item with a defect--contact us within 5 days at hello@littlebaebaeco.com and we will ship you a replacement. Be Mindful - If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase contact us at hello@littlebaebaeco.com for a return authorization, a full refund minus shipping costs will be credited upon the item(s) safe return and inspection that the customer hasn't damaged product. FamoKids - Due to the size of the Famokids play mats--they are final sale and not eligible for returns. 

Famokids WarrantyOne-Year Limited Warranty to Famokids play mats. If you believe you received a defective play mat, please email hello@littlebaebaeco.com to request warranty replacement. Warranty requests are handled on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service to any customer who does not follow recommended product use and care or does not adhere to our warranty policy. They do not offer warranty for all international orders. It will be final sale.

 

Ryan & Rose - For sanitary reasons, Ryan And Rose does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. But if you received an item with a defect--contact us within 5 days at hello@littlebaebaec.com and we will ship you a replacement. (See our Little BaeBae warranty promise above) 

 

The Binxy Box - For sanitary reasons, The Binky Box does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. But if there is a defect with any of the pacifiers you purchased--email us hello@littlebaebaec.com and we will ship you a replacement! (See our Little BaeBae warranty promise above)

 

Please Note: Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense unless it is due to a defect then we will provide a FREE return label for you to ship back defective item. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed back to payment method unless purchased during a SALE. You will be notified via email once your refund has been submitted.
