Customer satisfaction guaranteed! We personally love everything we sell and want you to love it too! So if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item (other than BIBS Pacifiers and Ryan & Rose products due to sanitary reasons) for a full refund or exchange it. Items just need to be returned in the condition you received them. If you received a defective item, upload photos at the return section (click above) or email them to Lastly, we just ask that you give us a reason for your return so we can continue to better our products and service.


3-Day shipping for all U.S orders and please allow 1-2 days for processing. International orders vary depending on where you live.

We ship worldwide and are based in California. All items are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once they are shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info. 

*Please note we do not cover lost, stolen or damaged packages once they are shipped. But we have teamed up with Route to offer you a cheap shipping insurance option--just make sure it is checked at checkout and you'll see it on your order review. It will insure your package--so if it is lost, stolen or damaged during transit you are covered--woohoo!


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased--you won't need a receipt and will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
