BRAND RETURN POLICIES

Little BaeBaeCustomer satisfaction guaranteed! We personally love everything we make and want you to love it too! So if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any approved item for a full refund or exchange it. We accept products in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition within 60 days of their arrival date. If approved, we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method. Note: Teethers are final sale due to sanitary reasons. 

We stand behind all the different brands we sell and so if you received a defective item--we will ship you a new one! You just need to upload photos showing the defective at our return center (CLICK HERE) and submit a claim or email the pictures to Hello@littlebaebae.com.

Toki Mats - If you choose to return your play mat, we accept products in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition within 30 days of their arrival date. If approved, we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method.

The Baby's Brew - If you choose to return your Portable Bottle Warmer, we accept them in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition within 30 days of their arrival date. If approved, we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee.

TushBabyIf you choose to return your TushBaby, we accept them in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition with the tags still attached within 30 days of the arrival date. If you send your TushBaby back without the original tags, we can’t accept your return for safety reasons. If approved, we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method. Already tossed the box? We will just need to subtract a 15% restocking fee from your refund.

Elkie & CoIf you choose to return your Elkie & Co item/s, we accept them in the original packaging with tags included, unused and in resellable condition within 30 days of the arrival date. If approved, we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method.

Milk Snob - If you choose to return your Car Seat Cover, we accept products in their original packaging, unused and in resellable condition within 120 days of their arrival date. If approved, we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method.

BIBS/MushieDue to sanitary reasons all sales are final.

Ryan & Rose - Due to sanitary reasons all sales are final.

*Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed back to payment method. We will notify you once this has been completed via email. Little BaeBae has the right to deny any returns that do not follow the approve criteria. SHIPPING 

Orders are usually shipped the next business day with 3-Day shipping for all U.S orders. Please allow 1-2 days for processing during busy seasons. *International orders vary depending on where you live.

Note: If you purchase an item on preorder and an item that is in stock--your order will ship together on the date listed on the preordered item product page. If you wish to receive the in stock item sooner, make sure to order them separately. Or contact us and we can send you a shipping invoice and get your in stock item shipped separately for you. 

We ship worldwide and are based in California. All items are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once they are shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info. 

If you never received your order and purchased shipping protection--use the return center and choose exchange option to file your claim and we will contact you. 

*Please note we do not cover lost, stolen or damaged packages once they are shipped. However, we do offer a cheap shipping protection option! Just make sure it's shows "on" in your cart and you'll see it on your order review. It will insure your package--so if it is lost, stolen or damaged during transit your order is covered!

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased--you won't need a receipt and will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
