Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase date. Once shipped, it will arrive in 3-5 business days for all U.S orders.
**During Sales & Holidays, due to higher than normal order volume, please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing orders before they are shipped.
If you need your order by a certain date—just email email@example.com and we can mark your order priority so it processes faster. Plus, send you expedited shipping quotes, if needed. We will do our best to accommodate your needs! Keep in mind, the warehouses don't ship orders on the weekends.
**International shipping time varies depending on where you live but generally around 15-20 business days.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Our carrier partners USPS and UPS are being inundated with a record high volume of parcels and have been experiencing delays on some orders in some areas. Currently, there is no way for Little BaeBae to predict when that will happen or for how long. With this in mind, Little BaeBae cannot issue refunds on transit time guarantees violated by the carriers. It is a known issue amongst the carriers and a factor beyond our control. Please keep this in mind when ordering--specially during the Holidays.
To date, Little BaeBae fulfillment centers have not had issues meeting our fulfillment promise (see first paragraph above for order processing times).
HEADQUARTERS & WAREHOUSES INFO
We are headquartered in California and have multiple fulfillment warehouses throughout the USA. Main warehouse locations are California, Florida, Oklahoma, and Utah. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. Once they are shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info. Please check your spam folder if you don't get one or contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can send you tracking number manually.
NOTE: If you order multiple products in one order--depending on which products they could be shipped separately from different warehouses depending on product and inventory stock.
PREORDERS: If you purchase an item on preorder + an in stock item--your order might be all shipped together on the pre-order date listed on the product page. If you wish to receive the IN STOCK item sooner, contact us and we can send you an invoice for the separate shipping cost and get that item shipped separately for you!
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811. Unfortunately, Little BaeBae is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address associated with your order. Please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. Again, we do not issue refunds or replace items in lost packages that show they have been delivered successfully.
If your tracking shows your package is stuck and not moving while in transit, making a personal claim with USPS is the best route to take as many packages will begin moving again within 10 days of making a claim. Click here to visit USPS.com to begin this process.
USA SHIPPING PROTECTION: If you purchased the $0.98 USA shipping protection + tracking does NOT show that it was delivered successfully and you've already filed a claim with USPS--then email us (email@example.com) your USPS claim number along with a screenshot of the result email from their investigation into your claim. If USPS isn't able to find your package and get it back on track then you will be covered and we will ship you a replacement! We cannot ship your replacement until USPS has completed their investigation since most of the time the original package is found and delivered.
*To have your order protected incase there's an unsuccessful delivery with the shipping carrier--make sure the USA shipping protection shows "on" in your cart and double check you see it on your order review as well.
ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes as some orders are processed and shipped next day but contact us and we will if your order hasn't shipped yet!
Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address. In the case that your order is shipped back to us, we will be able to re-ship your order (customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees) or issue a refund minus shipping/processing fees and fees inquired for the return of package.

We personally love all the products we develop for our own Little BaeBae brand and sell from other mama owned brands and want you to love them too! But if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any approved item for a full refund or exchange it. We accept products in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition within 30 days of their arrival date. Any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return. Once we receive and inspect your return--if approved we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method.
**Toki Mats & FamoKids Mats: Returns are not eligible for free returns. Customer must pay return shipping for all play mats.
**For Tushbaby returns: If you send your TushBaby back without the original tags, we can’t accept your return for safety reasons.

2. Your request will then be approved or denied via email based on our return policy.
3. If approved, you'll receive free return shipping label & shipping back instructions via email.
4. Once the return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and accepted or denied. *Returns are only denied, if they go against our return policy and you decided to try and return anyways.
5. If approved, refunds will be processed back to original payment method. *It can take up to 10 business days for refunds to show on your end depending on your bank.
LITTLE BAEBAE WARRANTY PROMISE FOR ALL PRODUCTS:
Here at Little BaeBae, we stand behind ALL the different brands/products we sell and if your order arrives with a defect--we will happily do a FREE warranty exchange! You just need to upload photos showing the defect within 5 days from the arrival date and submit a claim at our return center (CLICK HERE) or email the pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org. EXTENDED BRAND WARRANTIES:
Little BaeBae Branded Products Warranty - Six month warranty, which covers manufacturer defects. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by the user. But we do stand behind our product 100% so if you have any issues or are not happy with it please contact us (email@example.com) and we'll do what we can to make you a satisfied customer!
The Baby's Brew Warranty - 1 year factory warranty (this warranty is Non-Transferable). If issue can't be troubleshooted and resolved with our customer service--they will approve a warranty exchange and provide you with a FREE return label. Their team will then test the unit to determine if the item is defective and ship you a new one if so.
Their warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance ( ie: taking apart the device) neglect of proper cleaning maintenance, or failure to follow written instructions for use. If the unit is found defective--they will ship out new warmer to you next day. If no issue is found-- they require a $5 re-shipping fee to ship the warmer back to you and send recordings and/or images of the tested warmer showing that no issues were found.
IMPORTANT: They will not ship out the new items until they have tested the returned item. Also, they don't cover warranty exchanges for purchases made outside of the united states.
Tushbaby Warranty - 1 year product warranty, which covers any manufacturer defects. All other products include a 90-day warranty. Our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by the user.
Elkie & Co. Warranty - 90 days limited warranty on any bag that you
purchase. They take great pride in creating high quality products that are
functional as well as beautiful. Warranty includes hardware and/or
defects on item purchased. Proof of purchase is required for any
warranty claims, even if it is gifted. Warranty does not cover normal
wear/tear or stains due to proper or improper use. It also does not
include accidents. Warranty is also not valid on products won through
promotional giveaways. Please contact us for any warranty requests.
Nanobèbè Warranty - Once an item is removed from the packaging, the item must be handled through the manufacturer, according to federal law. Maintain your receipt and contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.
Esembly Warranty - 1 year from date of purchase. We stand behind our Esembly products. If you suspect an item is defective please let us know right away. Email us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) explaining in detail the issue you’re experiencing. Please provide supporting photos when possible. Be sure to include proof of purchase. All warranty returns are subject to inspection and approval before credits can be issued. In order for an item to qualify for a warranty return, product care instructions (as detailed on our FAQ Esembly Page) must be followed and items must be cared for using supporting Esembly products (proof of purchase of the supporting products may be required).
Famokids Warranty - One-Year Limited Warranty to Famokids play mats. If you believe you received a defective play mat, please email email@example.com to request warranty replacement. Warranty requests are handled on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service to any customer who does not follow recommended product use and care or does not adhere to our warranty policy. They do not offer warranty for all international orders. It will be final sale.
If you received a gift purchased from Little BaeBae--you're able to return approved items (see return policies below) for STORE CREDIT. Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved, a gift credit will be emailed to you.
